Whether you’re flying in for a weekend escape or a week-long adventure, here are the closest airports to each of our properties.
Beech Mountain, North Carolina
Our mountain retreat in Beech Mountain is tucked away for privacy, but still accessible by several regional airports.
- Tri-Cities Airport (TRI) – about 1 hour 20 minutes away (in Blountville, TN). This is the most convenient option with rental cars on site.
- Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) – about 2 hours away. Great if you want to pair your trip with a stop in Asheville for breweries, art, and mountain views.
- Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) – about 2 hours 30 minutes away. The largest hub nearby, with direct flights from all over the country.
Tip: Couples often fly into Charlotte, spend a night exploring the city, then head up to HHH Beech Mountain for a private mountain escape.
St. Augustine, Florida
Our downtown St. Augustine home offers the perfect mix of historic charm and modern intimacy.
- Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) – about 55 minutes away. The best option for most travelers, with plenty of direct flights.
- Orlando International Airport (MCO) – about 2 hours away. A major hub with endless flight options, perfect if you want to combine your trip with Orlando attractions.
Tip: Jacksonville (JAX) is the sweet spot for convenience, but Orlando works well for couples adding on a bigger Florida adventure before or after their stay at HHH.
Ellsworth, Maine
Our upcoming Maine location near Acadia National Park brings waterfront serenity and coastal adventure together.
- Hancock County–Bar Harbor Airport (BHB) – about 20 minutes away. Small and very close, ideal if you can find flights that fit your schedule.
- Bangor International Airport (BGR) – about 1 hour away. A regional hub with more flight options.
- Portland International Jetport (PWM) – about 3 hours away. Perfect if you want to enjoy Maine’s coastline and food scene before heading up to your private HHH stay.
Tip: Flying into Bangor gives the best balance of convenience and availability, but Portland makes for a romantic road trip along the coast.
