Guest Agreement
Assumption of Risk
By signing this waiver and booking a retreat at Hidden Honey Homes, I acknowledge and accept that my retreat may include certain risks associated with:
- Use of hot tubs, fireplaces, massage tables, decks, and other amenities.
- Awareness of outdoor hazards, including wildlife, slippery surfaces, and uneven terrain.
- Participation in intimate experiences and use of adult oriented amenities for couples, including sensual furniture (e.g., swings, loungers), massage oils, adult toys, and mood lighting.
- Use of electric bicycles provided by Hidden Honey Homes. I understand that bicycles carry inherent risks, including falls, collisions, equipment failure, and interactions with motor vehicles. I agree to wear the provided helmet, operate the bicycle safely, and lock it securely when unattended. I understand that operating a bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs may result in criminal charges, including DUI.
Adult Amenities Disclaimer
I understand that Hidden Honey Homes is an adults only property designed for romantic, sensual, and intimate experiences between consenting adults. I acknowledge that:
- All adult amenities are optional, provided in good faith, and should be used safely and respectfully.
- I am responsible for informing all members of my party about these amenities.
- Use of any adult item is at our own discretion and risk.
- No minors are permitted on the premises at any time during the booking.
- We will not remove, misuse, or damage any adult equipment or amenities.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and all guests in my party, release and hold harmless the owners, agents, and affiliates of Hidden Honey Homes from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from loss, injury, illness, discomfort, or damages during or after our retreat, including those resulting from the use of adult oriented amenities, electric bicycles, or other property features.
Cleanliness & Responsibility
I understand that all amenities are sanitized between guest retreats. I agree to use all property features responsibly and hygienically and to notify management of any damage or concerns. I accept financial responsibility for any excessive damage, misuse, or theft of property,including specialty furniture, adult equipment, or electric bicycles,by myself or any member of my party. I understand that failure to lock the electric bicycles when unattended may result in full replacement liability.
Agreement & Acknowledgment
I certify that I am at least 25 years of age and legally competent to sign this waiver. I have read and understand the terms above and agree to follow all safety instructions and house rules. I acknowledge that my electronic signature is legally binding, and this agreement applies for the full duration of our retreat.
Content Creation Policy
To protect the privacy, exclusivity, and brand integrity of Hidden Honey Homes, all forms of public, commercial, or monetized content creation must receive written pre approval prior to filming, photography, or publishing.
Personal Use Content Welcomed
We’re honored when guests share their magical moments! You’re welcome to take photos and videos for:
- Personal memories
- Sharing with friends and family
- Posting to personal social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Commercial, Adult, or Monetized Content Requires Pre Approval
The following must receive written approval before being filmed, photographed, or posted:
- OnlyFans or adult content
- Sponsored posts, product placements, or brand partnerships
- Professional shoots with models, lighting, or photographers
- YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram Reels intended for promotion or monetization
- Content involving collaborators, crew, or outside creators
- Media using professional equipment
Posting Unauthorized Commercial Content May Result In:
- A fine of up to $50,000
- Immediate cancellation of your retreat without refund
- Permanent ban from all Hidden Honey Homes properties
- Legal action for brand misuse or violation of property rights
How to Get Content Creation Approval
To request approval for branded, adult, or influencer content, email us at hello@HiddenHoneyHomes before making a reservation with the following:
- Type and purpose of content
- Platforms where it will be posted
- Number of people involved
- Type of equipment used
- Whether any adult content will be created
